Returns and Refunds Policy

-   Gift cards and/or gift vouchers are deposits of monies and are not subject of return and/or exchange due to product nature and specifications

  • Buyers can return any other products (except gift cards and/or gift vouchers) for a full refund in defined occasions such as: the product does not fit;  the product does not meet the description; the product does not meet criteria and/or expectations; the products is faulty; the products is/has been damaged during package and handling and/or during transfer
  • If a product that is be sold by ‘US’ does not fit, does not meet the description, does not meet the criteria and or expectation, is faulty or damaged - and is subject of acknowledgment on our behalf; this situation may entitle the customer to a full refund including shipping costs
  • Subject ‘of no-return’ products are; all products that their content may be subject of stealing and burglary such as CD, DVD, movies; any digital products that is not specified in this sub-section; all products that may be subject of damage if handled many times such as perfumes and fragrances, liquors and food products; all products that are subject of any OHS exclusions such as any beauty and health products, and undergarment and swimwear products
  • The management deserves the right to approve the return for any product after examination, consultation and deliberation; the customers should first contact ‘1GIFTWORLD’ to notify the matter of product return
  • If a return has proceeded, the customer may be entitled for store credit or for a full refund
  • If a buyer has changed the mind about the product, made an incorrect choice, or failed to verify and accurately provide information when placing an Order/purchasing a product; a return may be approved; the buyer is entitled to store credit only
  • If a return is subject to approval; the customer is contacted via E-communication [e-mail] for confirmation. The buyer must sent the original invoice generated for the product and a return approval number generated attached to the product.   ‘1GIFTWORLD’ may refund your account or grant ‘You’ credit store after the returned products are received and examined
  • All the products that are approved for return must not have been used; worn; damaged and/or destroyed; must have the original tags attached, packaging and labels; and must be in the new condition and/or in the condition that they have been sold
  • If a returned item is not at the condition that is sent to the buyer, or it is prominently in a used condition, it is worn and/or used, it is damaged by users action, the sewing tag has been removed, it has obtained wear and tear – a refund and/or a store credit cannot and/or may not be given
  • If a returned product will not meet the specifications of ‘Returns and Refunds’ ‘1GIFTWORLD’ deserves the right to apply penalties to cover for losses
  • In all returns, refunds and exchange the customer needs to encounter the postage fee
  • The exchange of products is not feasible due: 1- to the time lapse from the exchange of product notification, to management approval, to the second selection of another product.  During this time, it is expected a considerable amount of stock movement as a result a customer may not be able to find the second selection of desire; 2- The vendors may not be able to provide a second wanted selection due to stock availability
  • The time of processing of all refunds will be subject of your appointed financial institution process times-please contact ‘1GIFTWORLD’ if there will be a delay beyond 3 (three) weeks
